The Breathing system
Did you know you take around 20,000 breaths a day? That's a lot of air! Your breathing system is a complex network that keeps you alive. From the moment you inhale, air travels through your nose or mouth, down the windpipe, and into your lungs. Tiny air sacs exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide, fueling your body. Exhale, and the process starts again. Interesting right?
